Service Description

This is an interactive, in person, 3-hour lass providing information about the following topics: Physiology of the Pregnant Body Signs of Labor and the Labor Labor Process Labor Positioning and Movement Comfort Meaasures and Pain Management Labor The 3- hour sessions are the 6-hour class split in 2 sessions for those who's schedule does not allow for them to sit for a 6-hour class. When booking for the 3-hour session, please book both session 1 and session 2 to get the full experience of the 6-hour class.
